We are proud that we can address most equipment and related software. We evaluate the device and it’s software environment and then make recommendations on how to address the issues discovered.

In cases that warranty services are still available, we assist in processing the warranty at no extra cost to you. If the issue resolution is not within our capability, we will make recommendation to other vendors of service and assist you with contacting them.

In some cases, the cost to resolve the issue exceeds the economical feasibility of repair. In such cases, we recommend replacement devices/software and will be glad to assist you with replacement services.
